All Linux H-Sphere Web Hosing plans also include an EasyApp installer for self-installation of over 30 popular host-based software applications including software for blogs, CMS/Portals, Forums, E-Commerce, Support Systems, Galleries and more. You can also use the built-in CGI Wizards to install counters, guestbooks, formmail, or even a chatroom to your website.
And for any application that are not included as a self-installation option, we also offer software installation services at the rate of $19.95 per hour (or part thereof), or a one-time fee of $9.95 for any job completed in under 30 minutes. Please note that our software installation fee covers only the standard installation of your software package. We can not provide any customer support for the functioning or use of any software installed on your web hosting account - including software installed by us or self-installed through the EasyApps function of your account control panel.
Our customer support system is available for any issues, comments or questions about your hosting account and is integrated into the Jodohost customer support system. So you can rest assured that your support request will get the attention it deserves.

If at anytime within your first 30 days of service you are not satisfied with your Linux Web Hosting plan for any reason whatsoever, you can request 100% of your money back.
After your first 30 days of Linux Web Hosting service, you may still be refunded the service fees for the unused months of your account's recurrent billing term. Please see our Terms Of Service for details.
Please note however that no refunds will be issued for customers whose accounts are closed due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
